Shipping:

At Along Came Rudi we send all our Travel Beds with free standard Australia-wide delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of confirmation Mon-Fri from the Gold Coast, Australia. At this time we only service Australian customers and do not ship internationally. Sorry international pooches! Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Below is an estimated timeframe for delivery.

Order tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Please contact us for any questions relating to your tracking.

100% Happiness Guarantee:

We want you and your pup to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it's necessary to make a return. Our 100% happiness guarantee means if your pup doesn't fit, or you don't love it as much as us, you have 14 days to request a refund, with some conditions and at our sole discretion. The product must be unused and in a re-sellable condition, with the vacuum seal intact. All return delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returning your purchase:

To be eligible for a return please package the unused bed into the reusable vacuum seal bag provided and use a vacuum to seal it closed. Once your bed is tightly packed please email us at hello@alongcamerudi.com.au with the following information:

- A photo of the product repackaged in its original vacuum seal bag

- Your name and order number

Once we receive your product and approve that it is unused and in the original packaging, your refund will be issued. Please note any shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs can be expensive so if you're unsure of the sizing, we recommend reaching out to us prior to purchasing so that you can avoid refund charges.
